Alfaomega Pharma Logistics S.A. is a Greek 3PL company, specialized in supply chain for the pharmaceutical industry, founded in 2008. Its rapid growth was combined with the establishment of 4 state-of-the-art temperature controlled facilities, thus covering the entire range of pharmaceutical product handling.

about the project

AlfaOmega came to us with a 4-phase project outline: 1) Redesign and develop the company's website to reflect their size and state-of-the-art storage and handling facilities, 2) develop a GPS tracking web application for their distribution fleet, 3) develop an online document handling web application for the company's clients to have a full history of all invoices and shipment manifests and 4) develop a custom ordering system for their clients that would connect to the company's CRM and warehouses' ERP and seamlessly integrate into the day-to-day order handling procedures.

As part of phase 1 we coordinated with the company's operations head and scheduled a 4-day photography and filming session to create material for the company's presentation. We then collaborated with department heads in order to correctly segment the necessary information to build the website's final layout and design.
