uworc staff rigorously vet and assess potential employees, ensuring that the available positions are filled efficiently
and effectively, while also catering to the candidates' needs for reliable and
favorable employment. The process is time consuming and requires a huge amount of coordination between business owners and potential jobseekers, from compiling the available job positions for each business, deciphering important information from CVs and vetting candidates that may be a match, to conducting interviews and reviewing both employer and employ satisfaction.
The uworc online interactive platform
was designed to ease the tricky recruitment process of hospitality employees. Following
specific requirements, criteria and preferences the platform guarantees that business owners are staffed with highly skilled employees throughout their
operational season. Business owners can post jobs for one or more of their businesses, review uworc suggested profiles for each position, plan interviews and review employees after the employment period on specific criteria designed by the uworc HR specialists. Employees register and build a hospitality specialized CV on the platform, in addition to submitting their own, in which a self assessment is requested based on the hard and soft skills each job requires. uworc staff vet the candidates that complete the registration to verify their skill levels and then run an algorithm designed to match and score candidates to the best matching jobs based on their skills and background.
